3-Day Workshop & More!
Amazing things happen when you combine water and color and paper, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to share some of my techniques in a special 3-day workshop at Plaza on March 29, 30, & 31! Abstract Adventures in Water Media is sponsored by the Tennessee Watercolor Society. It’s a very welcoming group, and the Nashville chapter typically has several shows and socials every year. You can learn more here:
Looking for a weekly class? There are still a few spots left in my Mixed Media Spring Session. It’s 8-weeks of personal instruction, and we start on Thursday, March 7 at Plaza.
Practical Color Theory is one of my most popular workshops, and I only offer it twice a year. Hope you can join us on March 23; you’ll learn how see color in a new way! Find out more about all my Spring workshops and classes here:
Winter Escape, Sneak Peek, & Last Chance!
Escape from Winter with watercolor! We had a great time at the sold-out Watercolor Basics workshop last weekend, and you have 2 more opportunities to come paint with me in February. Time’s almost up to join us on Tuesday nights for Mixed Media: Watercolor + Ink at Watkins College of Art; this 9-week class is great for all skill levels, so sign up before registration closes on Monday!
If you’d rather take a one-day workshop, join us for Creating Watercolor Textures on February 16 at Plaza; all supplies are included!
You can learn more about both classes here:

I’ll be adding the Spring classes to my website soon, so here’s a sneak preview: I’m especially excited to be offering 2 versions of The Secret Side of Books, including a 2-day one at Watkins on March 9 & 10. We’ll have fun making tunnel books and other structures with a secret side, so you won’t want to miss this one!
