Mystery Technique

Mystery Technique #15

Curious about this technique? Check back next month to find out how it was done.

ANSWER TO MYSTERY TECHNIQUE #14: This is a mixture of graphite powder and shellac. First I brushed the mixture onto mat board and then used a brush to drip on small globs. After they dried, I added another layer of drips. When these dried, I polished it with a towel to bring out the sheen in places.
